Lukson Jewels is looking for an experienced GatiSoft Executive with hands-on experience in GatiSoft ERP and a strong understanding of gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ERP transactions, including metal and diamond issue, jewellery receipts, memo management, final billing, reporting, masters management, user creation, and access permissions. The ideal candidate should understand jewellery inventory and production processes and be comfortable working with high-value gold and diamond transactions.

A good understanding of diamond grading parameters such as colour, clarity, cut, shape, and carat is required.

GatiSoft ERP Operations Manage daily jewellery-related transactions in GatiSoft ERP. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all transactions. Maintain proper records of jewellery, gold, diamonds, and finished goods. Monitor system entries and identify discrepancies. Ensure ERP data matches physical stock and transaction documents. Metal & Diamond Issue Process metal issue transactions through GatiSoft. Manage diamond issue entries accurately. Record gold and diamond movements against relevant jobs or production orders. Verify quantities, weights, and relevant transaction details before processing. Coordinate with production and inventory teams for material-related transactions. Jewellery Receipt Process jewellery receipt transactions in GatiSoft. Verify jewellery details, weights, diamonds, and other relevant specifications. Ensure received jewellery is correctly recorded in the system. Coordinate with production and QC teams in case of discrepancies. Memo Management Manage memo transactions and maintain accurate records. Track jewellery and diamond items issued on memo. Monitor outstanding memo transactions. Ensure timely updates and reconciliation of memo movements. Follow up with concerned teams for pending memo closures. Final Billing Handle final billing transactions through GatiSoft. Verify product details, metal weight, diamond details, pricing, and other relevant information before billing. Ensure invoices are generated accurately. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for billing requirements. Resolve billing-related discrepancies. GatiSoft Reports Generate and maintain relevant GatiSoft reports. Prepare reports related to stock, metal, diamonds, jewellery, memos, billing, and transactions. Provide accurate reports to management and relevant departments. Identify discrepancies through system reports and coordinate for resolution. Maintain proper documentation of reports and transaction records. Masters Management Maintain and update masters within GatiSoft ERP. Create and update product, customer, vendor, diamond, metal, and other relevant masters. Ensure master data remains accurate and properly organized. Verify information before creating or modifying master records. User Creation & Access Management Create new users in GatiSoft as required. Manage user profiles and system access. Assign appropriate roles and permissions. Ensure users have access only to the functions required for their responsibilities. Coordinate with management regarding changes to user access and permissions. Diamond Knowledge The candidate should have a basic to good understanding of diamond grading parameters, including: Colour Clarity Cut Shape Carat Diamond measurements and specifications Basic understanding of lab-grown diamonds Understanding of diamond-related jewellery transactions The candidate should be able to understand diamond-related information while entering and verifying transactions in the ERP system. Jewellery Industry Coordination Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Sales, Accounts, QC, and Dispatch teams. Ensure timely completion of ERP transactions. Follow up on missing or incorrect transaction information. Assist teams in resolving GatiSoft-related operational issues. Maintain proper coordination between physical jewellery movement and ERP records. Inventory & Reconciliation Support reconciliation of physical jewellery stock with GatiSoft records. Verify metal and diamond movement. Identify differences between system and physical stock. Report discrepancies to management. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GatiSoft ERP. Experience in the gold jewellery and/or lab-grown diamond jewellery industry is mandatory/preferred. Strong practical knowledge of GatiSoft transactions. Experience with metal and diamond issue. Experience with jewellery receipts. Experience handling memo management. Experience with final billing. Strong knowledge of GatiSoft reports. Experience in masters management. Knowledge of user creation, roles, and permissions. Basic to good understanding of diamond grading. Good MS Excel and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Graduate in any discipline. B.Com / BBA / relevant commerce or jewellery-related qualification preferred. Candidates with strong practical GatiSoft and jewellery industry experience will be considered.
