Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, tax compliance, and audit-related activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and excellent English communication skills.
Location-Mumbai BKC

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.
Manage GST and TDS compliance and ensure timely filings.
Perform bank and sales reconciliation.
Handle e-commerce sales reconciliation for platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
Verify sales, payments, refunds, commissions, and other transactions.
Prepare data and supporting documents for audits.
Coordinate with auditors and manage audit-related follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on accounting-related matters.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Strong hands-on experience with Tally.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or e-commerce accounting is preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
