We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, inventory coordination, vendor follow-ups, and backend operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Process and manage online and offline jewellery orders

Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners

Track inventory, stock movement, and order status

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders

Handle returns, exchanges, and repair workflows

Maintain operational records, invoices, and documentation

Support CRM and sales teams with order-related coordination

Requirements

1–3 years experience in operations, logistics, or retail backend roles

Experience in jewellery, fashion, or D2C brands preferred

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/CRM tools

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup
