Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to help scale Lukson’s online growth and drive profitable customer acquisition through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
Manage campaign budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
Work with the creative team to test new ad concepts, audiences and offers.
Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in D2C, eCommerce, Fashion, Jewellery or Lifestyle brands is preferred.
