We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and trend-aware Social Media& Content Creation Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and leverage AI tools for graphics, videos, copywriting, ideation, and content production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends and be comfortable using both traditional creative tools and emerging AI-powered design and content creation tools to produce high-quality content quickly and consistently.

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
• Create engaging Reels, videos, carousels, posts, Stories, banners, captions, scripts, and CTAs.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, sounds, and algorithms.
• Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, scripting, image/video generation, editing, and content repurposing.
• Create and edit creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Develop AI-generated visuals and combine them with professional design to create brand-ready content.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community activity.
• Track reach, engagement, views, followers, clicks, and conversions and optimise content accordingly.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual quality, and communication across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on content and campaigns.
