We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and trend-aware Social Media Manager who can take ownership of the brand’s social media presence, create engaging content, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of content production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, audience engagement, branding, and visual storytelling. They should be comfortable working with both traditional creative tools and emerging AI technologies for graphics, videos, copywriting, ideation, editing, and content production.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.Social Media Management

1. Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars, campaigns and promotions.
2. Create, schedule and monitor posts, Reels, Stories, carousels and other content.
3. Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, sounds and algorithms.
4. Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement.

• Content Creation

1. Create engaging Reels, videos, carousels, posts, Stories, banners and short-form content.
2. Write captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs and social media copy.
3. Develop content ideas based on brand objectives, audience, trends and competitors.
4. Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

• AI-Powered Content & Design

1. Use AI tools for ideation, copywriting, scripting, image/video generation, editing and content repurposing.
2. Create AI-generated graphics, illustrations, backgrounds, product visuals and creative concepts.
3. Develop effective AI prompts and experiment with emerging AI tools.
4. Ensure AI-generated content maintains quality, originality and brand consistency.

• Design & Video

1. Create creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
2. Edit Reels and short-form videos with strong hooks, transitions, subtitles, music and visual storytelling.
3. Use AI-assisted design and video tools to improve content production.
4. Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, colours and tone.

• Analytics & Optimisation

1. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
2. Monitor reach, engagement, impressions, followers, views, watch time, clicks and conversions.
3. Identify high-performing content and optimise future content accordingly.
4. Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & short-form video platforms.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, formats & algorithms.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling & copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently create graphics, videos & social media content.
• Good understanding of branding and visual communication.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.
• Ability to create effective AI prompts for text, images and videos.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics & performance marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
