We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, tax compliance, and audit-related activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
* Day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally
* GST & TDS compliance
* Bank and sales reconciliation
* E-commerce sales reconciliation (Shopify/Amazon)
* Audit data preparation and follow-ups
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with Shopify/Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to coordinate professionally with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
