Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding sales skills on the floor.
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, potential areas of growth, and challenges.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
