Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding sales skills on the floor.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, potential areas of growth, and challenges.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  • Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
