Manager Audit & MIS

Bombay Jewellery Manufacturers is looking to hire Manager Audit & MIS for their SEEPZ unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical verification of Diamond pieces DTA purchase, gold material.
• Verification finding - physical weight checking.
• After physical verification of pieces, send to contractor for further production pieces.
• Final piece physical verification.
• Physical verification of pieces going to other units for inward/outward movement of pieces.
• Month end factory stock report.
• All process audited - jewellery loose and WIP.
• Audit data entries in EMR.
• Purchase invoice checking, book stock and physical stock to be checked with system.
• Logistics bills checking, exports transaction invoices checking.
• IGI/Hall Marking/EGL goes to Anchor Bill checking.
• Labour bill checking.
• Contractor bills to be prepared after checking the register, verification and submission to Accounts.
• Stock line audit/exhibition.

Skill Requirements

• Must  have done ICWA and worked in Export/Production Space
• At least 7 years of experience in Audit & MIS
• Fluent in English and good at communication
• Conversant with all Audit controls
