Bombay Jewellery Manufacturers is looking to hire Manager Audit & MIS for their SEEPZ unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical verification of Diamond pieces DTA purchase, gold material.
- Verification finding - physical weight checking.
- After physical verification of pieces, send to contractor for further production pieces.
- Final piece physical verification.
- Physical verification of pieces going to other units for inward/outward movement of pieces.
- Month end factory stock report.
- All process audited - jewellery loose and WIP.
- Audit data entries in EMR.
- Purchase invoice checking, book stock and physical stock to be checked with system.
- Logistics bills checking, exports transaction invoices checking.
- IGI/Hall Marking/EGL goes to Anchor Bill checking.
- Labour bill checking.
- Contractor bills to be prepared after checking the register, verification and submission to Accounts.
- Stock line audit/exhibition.
Skill Requirements
- Must have done ICWA and worked in Export/Production Space
- At least 7 years of experience in Audit & MIS
- Fluent in English and good at communication
- Conversant with all Audit controls
