🏬 Store Operations Manage day-to-day showroom operations Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards Monitor inventory levels and stock availability 📈 Sales & Business Growth Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics Implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives 👥 Team Management Lead, train, and motivate store staff Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained 🤝 Customer Relationship Management Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Ensure a premium customer experience across all interactions 📊 Reporting & Administration Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Track store KPIs and operational metrics Coordinate with management on business performance and improvement initiatives

3–5 years of experience in retail sales or store operations Prior experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader preferred Strong leadership and team handling skills Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Graduate preferred Retail, Commerce, Business Administration backgrounds preferred
