Job Description
Mia by Tanishq is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers to join our retail sales team in Trichy. If you enjoy interacting with people, have an interest in jewellery and fashion, and want to build a career in premium retail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
Guide customers through Mia’s collections and help them choose products suited to their needs.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and care instructions clearly.
Support store sales targets while ensuring a great customer experience.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with billing, stock checks, and daily store activities.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Any graduate or diploma holder preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication is preferred.
Pleasant personality, confidence, and a customer-service mindset.
Interest in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or retail sales.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and festival seasons.
