We are looking for fresher Retail Sales Officers who are good communicators and eager to learn, to join our Mia by Tanishq store in Surat and help customers choose jewellery.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and help them with their jewellery choices
Learn about the products, offers and store processes
Listen to customers and answer their questions politely
Support the store team with daily operations
Be ready to work long working hours, including busy days
Requirements
12th standard pass
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Friendliness and a wish to help others
A strong ability to learn
Ability to handle long working hours
Basic maths, including discount calculation and cross multiplication
