Job Description
We are looking for Retail Sales Officers with 1-3 years of retail experience who are friendly, patient and result-oriented, to give customers a warm shopping experience and convert walk-ins into sales at our Mia by Tanishq store in Surat.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend the right jewellery
Convert walk-ins into sales and work towards the store’s targets
Build your average ticket size and basket size through good product advice
Explain product features, pricing and discounts clearly
Handle customer queries with empathy and patience
Track your achievements against targets
Requirements
1-3 years of retail sales experience
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, friendliness and a wish to help others
A result-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting targets
Product knowledge, plus an understanding of walk-in conversion, average ticket size and basket size
Basic computer skills
Basic maths, including discount calculation and cross multiplication
