Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager with 5-7 years of retail experience, including 2-3 years as a Store Manager, who can lead a team of 15-20 and run our Mia by Tanishq store in Surat with strong customer service and clear targets.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of at least 15-20 people
Run daily store operations and follow store adherence processes and product management standards
Track sales, walk-in conversion, average ticket size and average basket size, and compare performance against targets
Handle customer complaints and make sure customers get a great experience
Plan and run store promotions and customer experience activities
Use data to find gaps and improve store performance
Report store performance to the management
Requirements
Graduate, with 5-7 years of retail experience and 2-3 years as a Store Manager
Ability to manage a team of at least 15-20 people
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage customer complaints
Exposure to retail, promotions and customer experience management
Thorough knowledge of store adherence processes and product management
Product knowledge, with a record of meeting targets
Basic maths, including discount calculation and cross multiplication
Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati
Achievements or appreciations in past roles are a plus
