We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage jewellery accounting, billing, inventory tracking, and coordination with vendors and karigars. The role requires strong accuracy, system knowledge, and experience in jewellery retail operations.

💰 Accounts, Cash & Financial Entries Maintain purchase registers and accounting entries Perform daily cash tally and transaction recording Handle old gold valuation, entries, and reconciliation Record transactions in MMI Jewelle (bank, cash, stock) Process vendor payments (RTGS/NEFT) and reconciliations 🧾 Billing, Costing & Documentation Prepare and verify order forms (new orders, repairs, custom designs) Support product costing (gold, diamond, gemstone jewellery) Maintain accurate documentation of old gold procurement and valuation 🔧 Repairs & Order Handling Manage repair orders, documentation, and tracking Coordinate with karigars for repairs and delivery timelines Ensure quality checks and timely return to customers 📦 Inventory & Stock Management Issue materials to karigars and track usage Maintain records of gold, diamonds, gemstones movement Perform stock reconciliation and manage discrepancies 🚚 Courier & Dispatch Coordination Handle outward/inward parcel management Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and delivery coordination Manage shipments for exhibitions, shoots, and transfers
