Job description:

• Candidate should have good knowledge of sales on Online Portal
• Candidate should have good computer knowledge
• Responsible for building sales from online leads available via internet marketing and engage in the sales communication with clients.
• Interaction with customers through voice call chat.
• Understands and address the queries of the customers. 
• Describe the product specifications. 
• Support customer to identify the required product. 
• Convert the calls into sales. 
• Play a team member role and provide required support.
  
  Eligibility :
• Good communication skills in verbal and written English. 
•  Experience in online sales will be an added advantage.
