Job Requirement

• Ensuring the credibility of the accounts of a company/corporation in accordance with the standards determined by management, while verifying the work provided by the accounting teams.
• Managing the organization of their accounting team by determining the structure of the organization (function, profession, legal entity) and together with their team, defining the schedule with strict deadlines for legal or financial reasons.
• In charge of the organization during the closing of the accounts.
• Setting up quarterly, monthly or annual closing schedules while verifying the accuracy of the information sent to them, regarding accounting standards.
• Responsible for monitoring the budget and the financing plan.
• Setting up communication with banks in order to have regular information on the latest developments.
• Participating in negotiations with banking institutions.
• Meeting with the Statutory Auditor to schedule the audit of the accounts and presenting the main inventories and restatements of the closing of the accounts.
• Must have experience in the jewelry field.
• Must have knowledge in tally/gati software
• Can able to performs work under team
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Processing tax payments and returns
• Must have knowledge gst returns/tds
• Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Manage tax payments
• Organize internal audits
• Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
• Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
• Time-management abilities
