Job Description

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience to work closely with the CFO on financial reporting, audits and controls, and to help build our finance function to listed company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements under Ind AS, including restated financials and financial disclosures for offer documents
  • Manage statutory, tax and limited review audits and coordinate with auditors
  • Prepare quarterly and annual results in line with SEBI (LODR) requirements
  • Handle financial due diligence queries from merchant bankers, legal counsel and advisors
  • Design and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and audit trails
  • Oversee GST, TDS and direct tax compliance
  • Prepare MIS, budgets, cash flow forecasts and board reporting packs
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 4-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience with an IPO process and/or financial reporting at a listed company (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act reporting and SEBI disclosure requirements
  • Experience in jewellery, bullion or manufacturing preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel, and comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
