Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager or Manager HR with 10+ years of experience to handle all HR functions and factory compliance, and to lead the HR team.

Responsibilities

Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance and leave, performance management, employee engagement and exits
Ensure factory compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Factories Act, Contract Labour, bonus and gratuity
Keep up with licences, registrations, returns and audits, and handle inspections
Lead, guide and manage the HR team
Handle employee relations, grievances and discipline
Work with department heads and management on manpower planning and hiring
Prepare HR MIS and reports for management
Create and update HR policies and SOPs

Requirements

10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to a factory or manufacturing setup
Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience managing a team
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Good command of MS Excel and HR software
