Parekh Ornaments is looking to hire experienced Retail Sales Associate.  You will be contributing to our reputation for personalized customer sales and service.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers and ascertaining their jewellery needs and preferences.
• Providing expert knowledge on our wide range of products including diamonds, gemstones, and fine metals.
• Conducting sales presentations and closing sales with professionalism and poise.
• Building and nurturing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handling customer queries and offering solutions or alternatives for their concerns.
• Ensuring the display is immaculate and merchandise is presented attractively.
• Managing inventory and restocking items as needed.
• Processing transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the high-end jewellery sector.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• An eye for detail and a passion for luxury goods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
