Job Description
We are looking for sincere, energetic young Accountants for our Chickpet branch, to handle daily cash balancing, sales vouchers and purchase entries. Freshers with strong basic accounting concepts are welcome, and full training on our billing software is provided.
Responsibilities
Reconcile daily cash, card machine and UPI collections with sales bills at closing time
Record daily sales, purchases, petty cash and supplier payments in the system or Tally
Check that customer invoices are entered correctly, with proper billing details and tax
Keep clean physical and digital files for bank slips, invoices, vouchers and daily reports
Help senior staff prepare monthly expense summaries and with account reviews
Requirements
B.Com graduate or diploma in accounting
Basic Tally and MS Excel, and willingness to learn jewellery billing systems
Comfortable in Kannada or Hindi, with basic English for bills
