Job Description

We are looking for polite, presentable and energetic Receptionists to be the first face of PKB Jewellers, greeting guests warmly and guiding them to the right counter. Freshers are welcome, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and visitor with a warm smile and make them comfortable
Guide customers to the right floor or counter (gold, silver, bridal and so on)
Answer phone calls politely, take messages and pass calls to the right person
Keep a simple daily visitor log and note basic enquiry details
Keep the reception desk neat, tidy and welcoming

Requirements

Young, active and pleasant, and enjoys meeting people
Polite manners, good listening skills and a positive attitude
Language by branch:
- Jayanagar: Kannada fluency is essential, with conversational English or Hindi
