Job Description
We are looking for young, energetic Sales Executives with a positive attitude and a keen desire to learn, to welcome customers and help them choose jewellery at PKB Jewellers’ showrooms in Bangalore. You don’t need any jewellery experience, because full training is provided from day one.
Responsibilities
Welcome every customer at the entrance with a cheerful, respectful traditional greeting
Ask customers what they are looking for and guide them to the right counter or floor
Offer seating and help to elderly visitors, families and parents with children
Stay alert and active at the entrance during showroom hours
Tell the floor staff when large family groups arrive during busy hours
Requirements
Young, energetic, with a good attitude and a willingness to work hard on the showroom floor
Polite spoken communication and patience with customers
Language by branch:
JM Road: Hindi fluency is needed, with basic local language understanding
