PNG Job: Retail Sales Executive in Pune

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Staff to join our showroom in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with prior jewellery retail experience will be highly preferred. The role involves assisting customers, driving showroom sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

🛍️ Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections. Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and offers. Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Deliver a premium shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction. 📈 Sales & Target Achievement Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participate in promotional campaigns and showroom events. 💎 Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of jewellery collections and new launches. Stay updated on current jewellery trends and customer preferences. Educate customers about jewellery care and maintenance. 🏬 Store Operations Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Ensure products are displayed safely and attractively. Support stock counting, replenishment, and inventory management. Assist with billing, order processing, and documentation when required. 🤝 Customer Relationship Management Handle customer queries professionally. Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate them when necessary. Collect customer feedback and maintain customer information for follow-ups.

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience. Jewellery retail experience is strongly preferred (90% preference for jewellery background). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and selling abilities. Presentable personality with professional grooming. Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Team player with a positive and target-oriented attitude.

Higher Secondary (HSC) or equivalent Graduate in any discipline preferred Retail or customer service certifications will be an added advantage
