Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Showcase gold, diamond, and silver jewellery
Explain pricing, purity, making charges, and certifications
Achieve monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products
Maintain showroom displays
Build customer relationships
Support billing and stock activities
Requirements
Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
Jewellery experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach
Presentable personality
