Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Executives to give customers an outstanding shopping experience and help them choose the jewellery that best suits their needs at our Bavdhan showroom in Pune.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Explain product features, pricing, offers and exchange policies
Assist with billing, order booking and payments
Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Support stock management and daily showroom operations
Follow company policies for jewellery handling and security
Work with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations
Keep up to date with new jewellery collections and products

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (12th pass may also apply)
1-4 years of jewellery sales experience
Excellent communication skills
A passion for retail sales and the ability to achieve business targets
