• His/her job entails in entertaining jewellery customers and ensuring that they have a wonderful experience while purchasing expensive pieces of jewelry. 
• Working under the supervision of a manager.
• The sales associate performs certain tasks, including presenting jewellery, making sales, and inspecting jewellery.
• Sell products/services personally at shops/malls to customers by explaining features.
