Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Manager who is comfortable with Excel and thinks beyond sending messages, to run our CRM software end to end and keep day to day admin moving for a jewellery retail group in Ravivar Peth, Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire CRM software (Zithara.AI), including leads, campaigns, journeys and reporting
  • Handle admin work and follow-ups with customers and store teams
  • Pull and organise data, and build reports and formulas in Excel
  • Support marketing efforts such as WhatsApp campaigns and social coordination

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Excel, including formulas and data formulation, not just data entry
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • A marketing-minded approach beyond just sending messages
  • Organised, dependable and good at follow-through on admin tasks

  • Good to Have
      1. Experience with Zithara.AI or a similar CRM platform
