Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Manager with experience specifically in Silver jewellery/products to manage floor operations and support the sales team at our Karve Road branch in Pune.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow
Supervise and support the sales team on the floor
Ensure proper display, merchandising, and presentation of Silver products
Assist customers and handle queries/escalations related to Silver products
Coordinate with the Store Manager on stock, staffing, and daily operational needs
Ensure floor discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company SOPs

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience, specifically with Silver jewellery/products
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Prior experience in a floor/team supervisory role preferred
Experience in jewellery/retail operations required
