Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Manager with 2-4 years of experience in silver jewellery to manage floor operations and support the sales team at our Karve Road branch in Pune.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow
Supervise and support the sales team on the floor
Ensure proper display, merchandising and presentation of silver products
Assist customers and handle queries and escalations related to silver products
Coordinate with the Store Manager on stock, staffing and daily operational needs
Ensure floor discipline, cleanliness and adherence to company SOPs

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience with silver jewellery
Good communication and customer handling skills
Prior floor or team supervisory experience preferred
Experience in jewellery or retail operations
