Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant with good communication and organizational skills, ideally with prior HR/recruitment exposure, to support daily HR operations in Pune. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

Assist the HR department in daily HR operations
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data
Support recruitment activities including candidate calling, interview scheduling and follow-ups
Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation
Maintain staff files and HR-related documents
Assist in preparing attendance, salary and other HR-related reports
Coordinate with branch managers regarding staff requirements and attendance
Support employee communication and HR activities
Assist in organizing staff meetings, training and employee engagement activities
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good documentation and coordination skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Prior HR/recruitment experience will be preferred
Fresher candidates with good communication and computer skills may also apply
