Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections. Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and making charges. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Deliver personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales Performance Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections. Promote new launches, festive offers, and loyalty programs. Follow up with customers for inquiries and repeat purchases. Store Operations Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards. Ensure jewellery is displayed safely and neatly. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory verification, and billing support. Follow all showroom SOPs related to security and customer service. Team Coordination Work closely with the Store Manager and fellow sales associates. Attend product knowledge and sales training sessions. Support showroom events and promotional activities.
