Store Operations Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning. Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures. Monitor store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising. Sales & Business Growth Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly business targets. Monitor individual team performance and provide guidance to improve sales. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat business. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention. Team Management Lead, motivate, and mentor the showroom team. Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff productivity. Conduct daily briefings and product knowledge sessions. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. Inventory & Administration Coordinate stock management and inventory audits. Monitor billing accuracy and cash handling procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operational requirements. Customer Relationship Management Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally. Build long-term relationships with VIP customers. Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer.
