Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager with 4-6 years of relevant retail or jewellery experience, including supervisory exposure, to oversee store operations and lead the sales team at our Karve Road branch in Pune.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and sales team performance
Set and track sales targets for the team and ensure they are met
Manage inventory, visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards
Coordinate with management on stock, staffing and operational needs
Train, motivate and manage the on-floor sales team

Requirements

4-6 years of relevant experience, with prior supervisory or team lead experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience in jewellery or retail store operations preferred
