Job Description
Welcome, greet, guide and direct the customers appropriately.
Receive customers including coordination with employees.
Keep reception area clean and tidy all the time by complying with Procedures, rules and regulations.
Inform customer arrival to concern jewellery section.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
Provide assistance in general administrative activities
Qualifications
Pleasing personality Excellent communication skills and a pleasing voice
Confident enough to handle calls
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
Good time management abilities
