Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the retail store.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Knowing Assamese and Hindi is a must in addition to English
