Reia Diamonds is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to drive showroom sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and promote premium lab-grown diamond jewellery collections.

The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for luxury jewellery and customer relationship management. Candidates with jewellery, luxury retail, diamond, or premium lifestyle brand experience will be preferred.

🛍️ Retail Sales & Customer Engagement Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements Showcase and recommend suitable diamond and jewellery products Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and value propositions Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions Deliver a premium and memorable shopping experience 💎 Product Knowledge & Consultation Develop thorough knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and jewellery collections Educate customers about product quality, craftsmanship, and certifications Stay updated on new launches, collections, and jewellery trends Provide styling and gifting recommendations to customers 📈 Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities Generate repeat business through relationship building Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns 🤝 Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers Maintain customer records and follow-up databases Conduct customer follow-ups for events, promotions, anniversaries, and special occasions Encourage referrals and repeat purchases 🏬 Store Operations Support Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards Ensure products are displayed attractively and safely Assist in inventory checks and stock management Support billing and order processing activities 📊 Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction records Coordinate with store management regarding customer feedback Share market trends and customer preferences with management Support store initiatives and business development activities

2–6 years of retail sales experience Jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience preferred Strong customer service and selling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Target-driven and self-motivated personality Professional grooming and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

HSC / Higher Secondary Education Graduate preferred Retail, Sales, Commerce, or Business-related education is an advantage
