Retail Sales Assistant

The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping to promote the company’s products and services.

Retail Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers upon arriving in store and answer any questions they may have
• Assist customers in finding desired products in the store
• Keep shelves stocked with merchandise
• Help customers locate items through use of inventory system
• Ensure store is clean and tidy at all times 
• Help to process payments and complete transactions
• Provide customer feedback to management 
• Follow company policies and procedures

Retail Sales Assistant Job Requirements: 

• HSC/Graduate in any degree
• Previous experience working in a retail environment preferred 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
