Riverstone Jewels Job: Final Micro QC in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of finished jewelry pieces using microscopes and other precision tools to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
• Defect Identification: Identify and document any defects or inconsistencies in the jewelry, including issues with stones, metalwork, or overall craftsmanship.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings, and communicate any quality issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
• Compliance: Ensure all products comply with industry standards and company specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the jewelry industry.
• Skills: Proficient in using microscopes and other inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Gemology or a related field is preferred.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
