Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and evaluate diamonds based on established standards and customer specifications 
• Monitor and report on diamond quality control processes 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements 
• Develop and implement new procedures for testing and inspecting diamonds 
• Identify areas of improvement in quality control processes 
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes 
• Monitor inventory of diamonds by tracking stock levels and ordering new items as needed

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Gemology or related field 
• At least 5 years of experience in the diamond industry 
• Extensive knowledge of diamonds and their characteristics

• Decent Communication Skills is a must
