Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and direct customers to the right jewellery section as required.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products designs and new trends in market.
  • Answer Customers questions about specific products and services.
  • Handle the all level customers independently and to clear their doubts.
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
  • Taking care of customers by organising chairs and refreshments.
  • Liaise with store manager for discounts and other offer provided by the company.
  • Able to communicate effectively with regular and new customers.
  • Coordinate with required internal teams.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Any degree / diploma with min 2 years experience in Retail Jewellery business.
  • Able to retain new customers on regular basis.
  • Excellent Communication Skill.
