Popley Eternal is looking to hire Sales Executives for Bandra West stores in Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers visiting the store
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services that Popley offer
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell jewellery products
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak season times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Retail Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process with Jewelry/Diamonds is important
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills is required
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Decent communication skills in English, Hindi and capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Atleast a Graduate Degree
