We are looking for Sales Support executives for  Mumbai location.

Job Responsibilities:

• After sales activity.
• Data work-Punching of orders to shipment.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new products designs and new trends in market.
• Answer Customers questions about specific products and services.
• Able to communicate effectively with regular and new customers.
• Coordinate with required internal teams.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to retain new customers on regular basis.
• Excellent Communication Skill.
• Experience in jewellery industry.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Priority will be given to experience candidate.
