Senior Billing Executive wanted for Jewelry Retailer

The Senior Jewelry Billing Executive is responsible for overseeing the billing process for all jewelry orders. 

This position will ensure accuracy and timeliness of all invoices and payments.

Senior Billing Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee the billing process for all jewelry orders.
• Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection of payments. 
• Maintain customer records up-to-date and accurate.
• Liaise with customers regarding billing inquiries.
• Provide customer service support to resolve any issues or complaints related to billing. 
• Assist with the development of billing procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards. 
 

Senior Billing Executive Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in jewelry billing processes. 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
