Senior Sales Closer – Fine Jewellery (NRI Clients)

US-based premium Indian fine jewellery brand — Kundan, Polki and diamond jewellery for weddings and heirlooms — selling directly to South Asian families across the US. Hyderabad sales and operations team; customers in New York, New Jersey, Bay Area, Dallas and Seattle.

The role
You're the closer. Leads arrive warm from our own campaigns — no walk-ins, no cold calling. You consult over WhatsApp, video and phone, handle objections on price, purity, customisation and shipping, and convert orders typically ₹4–40 lakh and above.

Our customers are in the US, so part of your week runs on their clock — some early mornings and late evenings IST for calls and video consultations. We're flexible about how you structure the rest of your day; we're not flexible about being available when a customer is ready to buy.

What you'll do

• Own the pipeline from qualified lead to paid order; hit monthly closed-revenue targets
• Run consultative video/WhatsApp sessions — understand occasion, budget and family expectations; recommend and upsell across the collection
• Quote accurately on gold rate, making charges, stones and customisation; coordinate bespoke pieces with design and production
• Log every conversation in the CRM; every lead has a next step
• Manage post-sale trust — payment plans, production updates, shipping and delivery communication

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years in high-ticket jewellery, luxury retail, premium real estate or wealth products; personally closed ₹1 Cr+ in a month
• Has sold without a showroom — over chat, video and calls
• Fluent English and Telugu; Hindi a strong plus; comfortable with NRI customers
• Strong on gold, diamonds and traditional Indian jewellery, or able to get there in 30 days
• Competitive about numbers, disciplined on follow-up, works without supervision
• Comfortable with a schedule that flexes around US time zones
