Job Description

We are looking for a Gati Software Operator with 4-6 years of experience, preferably in diamond jewellery manufacturing, to manage production bags, departmental entries and stock records for our Production & Inventory team in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Style Master Creation: Create and maintain Style Masters in Gati Software with accurate jewellery product details.
Bag Generation: Generate production bags in Gati Software as per the manufacturing process.
Department Entries: Make all required entries for every department in Gati Software accurately and on time.
Bag Completion: Ensure proper completion and closing of bags after checking all departmental entries and process details.
Gold & Diamond Issuance: Handle the issuance of gold and diamonds to the respective departments and maintain accurate records.
Stock Tally: Regularly tally physical gold, diamond, and other material stock with Gati Software records and report any discrepancies.
Findings & Accessories Management: Maintain accurate records of findings and accessories, including receipts, issuance, consumption, and stock balances.
Catalogue & Quotation Preparation: Create product catalogues and prepare quotations as per customer and business requirements.
Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, stock, material issuance, and departmental transactions.

Requirements

4–6 years of relevant experience as a Gati Software Operator, preferably in diamond jewellery manufacturing.
Practical working knowledge of Gati Software.
Knowledge of diamond jewellery manufacturing processes.
Understanding of gold, diamond, findings, and accessories stock management.
Good data entry and stock reconciliation skills.
Ability to generate reports, catalogues, and quotations.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and good coordination with all departments.

Candidate Requirements

Ability to independently manage Gati Software entries and daily operational activities.
Experience in handling production bags, departmental entries, and material issuance.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and complete all entries on time.
