Manage and supervise the overall Diamond Issue Department operations Ensure timely and accurate issue of diamonds as per production requirements Maintain proper records of diamond issuance, quantity, quality, and returns Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and other concerned departments Monitor stock and ensure proper reconciliation of issued and returned diamonds Verify documents and system entries related to diamond issue Identify discrepancies and take corrective action Lead and guide the department team to ensure smooth operations Prepare and submit regular reports to management

5–8 years of relevant experience in diamond issue/stock handling Good knowledge of inventory management and system operations Strong leadership, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills

Graduate preferred
