Job Description

• Present products and detailed information including product features, benefits, and availability, responding quickly
to customer needs.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Achieve personal and team sales and profit targets.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Assign employees to specific duties.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing
services for customers.
• Perform work activities of subordinates, such as organizing shelves, displays and selling merchandise.
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
 

Requirement

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 8-15 years of previous retail sales experience as a retail Supervisor, Manager level is required. Fashion, luxury retail
and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Available to work flexible schedules days, weekends, and holidays.
