Job Description

Purpose of job: 

Responsible for handling Statutory Compliances, Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits for the organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and audit all payroll to guarantee that awards and legislative compliance are observed. 
  • Guarantee that any of the organization’s benefit programs such as bonuses, pensions or medical care are handled effectively and efficiently. 
  • Ensure a balance of monthly accounts and forward reports to the organization’s accounting unit. 
  • Handle systems and recommend modifications or upgrades as at when necessary.
  •  Forward management reports, associate with human resources personnel with regards to new appointments, dismissal and other applicable issues. 
  • Responsible for statutory laws affecting Indian Payroll viz. PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Shop Act etc. 

 

Skills:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good planning and organising skills.
  • Strong data management and excel skills.

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 2 years work experience in HR with a clear understanding of the HR processes and hands on experience of local statutory compliances will be essential.
  • Post graduate.
