Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head for our Bridal Lounge to lead our team and elevate our client's bridal journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bridal lounge, ensuring excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets and provide outstanding service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage inventory, including ordering new stock and organizing seasonal collections.
• Cultivate relationships with designers, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
• Organize and oversee bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities.
• Ensure the lounge’s visual merchandising is in line with brand standards.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the latest bridal trends and a keen eye for fashion.
• Business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Experience in event planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
